@Citibank what a joke! Hadn’t used my card in a bit while I was out of the country. Came back and went to use it and they’ve closed it without warning before or notice after. Stole all the points I built up for 6 years and refuse to restore them even if I re-open a card account

@CapitalOne Travel has some serious work to do. Somehow managed to be an even worse experience than calling an airline! Rude greetings, raised voices, background noise, took 30 mins to find a route/fare I found in 2. Offered a price then doubled it when I confirmed, list goes on
