@AntSpeaks@AdelSuleiman The “foot” is a standardized unit of measure, which happens to be the approximate length of the ball used is football. Perhaps it’s an adjective for the ball and not which appendage is being used…
@drewfanacc @libertyhawkeye @Zy706@Hoosier_Huddle I see what you’re saying. However, in reality, any one possession game is a single hypothetical play away. A pick or strip sack is a single play that would’ve ended it.
@drewfanacc @libertyhawkeye @Zy706@Hoosier_Huddle Penn state held a 4 pt lead with 37 seconds left. Iowa last lead in the 2nd quarter.
The missed fg happened with 2:01 left. Even if Iowa made it, they’re up 3 with 2 min. Down 4 with 37 sec is far worse than down 3 with 2 minutes. Also IU scored on the next possession in 33 sec.
@drewfanacc @libertyhawkeye @Zy706@Hoosier_Huddle Correct. I should’ve added a “most likely wins”. But, my original point still stands that PSU was closer to beating Indiana than Iowa was.
Illinois’s offensive identity—and I am dead serious—is and always has been to bully and clumsily go into the paint and hope for an offensive rebound on a wild shot.
We’re to the point that the #Huskers D is playing so well that #Illinois’a offensive philosophy has moved to simply trying to bait #Nebraska and the refs into fouls.
@Pypeline_@CFBKings Gotta word that better. KW’s tenure started in 1994 when he was hired, he was promoted to HC in 2004. Kirk was hired in 1999. So, KW technically has 5 years tenure on KF.
