This is true. The scores are from a UK survey of 1,500 small business owners about their accountant/bookkeeper. For those businesses using Xero, the NPS of their advisor was MUCH higher. So, if you want to boost your NPS, move more clients to Xero.

@nickqsinclair @ashtron @Xero They definitely made a point of saying that the online score isn’t great compare to the +50-70 result that’s deemed excellent.

The point @ashtron raised, was there’s room for the advisors client experience to help lift the NPS by providing training, support etc
