La corruption est banalisée. La justice est inexistante. Monsieur Tshisekedi se plaint de l'une comme de l'autre quand on le met face à ses responsabilités. Il lutterait avec acharnement contre la corruption endémique et pour la réforme de la justice (qui, selon lui, détruit notre nation), dit-il à qui veut l'entendre.
Mais quand ça l'arrange, la rétrocommission devient légale, la corruption de ''non''-élus devient motivation; la justice devient indépendante et efficiente (elle fait son travail), et tout le monde doit répondre devant elle.
Une telle hypocrisie est appelée''bonne volonté'' par ses supporters. S'en sortir nécessite un sursaut moral.
