@nxcare I've received notification of an amendment to a journey to Cardiff in a couple of weeks.
The time change is fine but we reserved and paid for seats 2A, 2B and 3A. The first two seats were booked due to me having previously had DVT I need leg room to help

@nxcare prevent this. Now we are told we have unreserved seating for the outgoing journey. This also happened recently on a trip to Sheffield. Also we have paid for these seats. I'm really disappointed with the service. Please advise

@CostaCoffee twice this week we've visited a costa. And on both occasions I've been unable to use my costa card because no Internet connection thus missing out on beans for free drinks.
A little frustrating to say the least
