It was a flight from PHX mostly of TCU fans returning from Bowl game. The flight attendant just congratulated them as they got on the plane. Didn’t go over well. @AmericanAir a bit tone deaf on this one.

Flight from Den to DFW now delayed waiting on 50 connecting passengers. Nice for those passengers but not for the 143 that will now also be late and some missed connections in DFW….but maybe there are more chairs to sleep in at DFW. Nice call @AmericanAir…maximize the pain.

Funny they actually announced on the flight the reason for the delay….it went over really well. Probably should have kept that one to themselves.

It has been awhile but sitting on the tarmac at DFW on @AmericanAir because “gate is occupied “. I guess the flight that occurs everyday and took off over 3 hours ago headed to DFW surprised them and they were not ready for us.
