I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of resolution regarding a CREDIT for part of my tickets and the change of status from "No Go" to "Go" to use the remaining flight balance.
Since August 1st, I have followed every piece of advice provided by your customer service representatives, including making numerous phone calls, sending certified letters, and submitting all requested documentation, such as copies of tickets and other supporting information. Despite my efforts and compliance with all directions given, I was informed again today that I am “out of luck.” This response feels dismissive and unfair given my consistent adherence to your team’s guidance.
As a loyal AAdvantage member for over 35 years, I find this treatment deeply disappointing. Loyalty should be mutual, yet my trust and dedication to American Airlines have been met with indifference. This is especially troubling in light of the U.S. government's current investigation into loyalty programs with major airlines, including American Airlines. My experience illustrates why such scrutiny is necessary, and I would welcome the opportunity to share my story further.
I respectfully ask that you reexamine this matter and provide a satisfactory resolution. At a minimum, I deserve a clear explanation as to why this issue remains unresolved despite my compliance with all instructions provided by your representatives.
