Gonna pin this tweet so later on when I can't remember what my pinned tweet is I will come find this tweet and applaud myself for my mediocre meta-humor
I think all the petticab drivers should blast New York State Of Mind instead of Empire State Of Mind. Cultivates a very different vibe and also appeals to me personally
Today marks Nakba Day, an annual day of remembrance to commemorate the expulsion of more than 700,000 Palestinians between 1947 and 1949 during the creation of the State of Israel and the year that followed.
Inea is a New Yorker and a Nakba survivor. She shared her story with us — one of home, tradition and memory over generations.

Maybe, but also almost no org working on interesting problems is bottlenecked by "ideas on how to improve things." If AI gives good engineers more leverage, I want to figure out what a modern engineering org looks that can support adding a bunch of smart people, all doing lots more (good) work.
Something amusing I noticed the other day that I haven't seen called out yet: looks like for videocalling with family, they used VSee (a telehealth video conferencing software) to do capsule to ground comms, and then on the ground they screen shared a teams call with the family to the VSee call (and presumably vice versa).
Distance makes the heart grow fonder…it didn’t take 219,669 miles to remind me how much love I have for Ellie and Katey. They have been incredible supporters during this journey, and they now fully understand why it was important for me to go explore into the unknown.
