Pakistan is a dry heat therefore making it easier for your body to cool. When wet bulb temps exceed 87 F, which they did yesterday in parts of France, people can die.

The point isn’t whether humans can survive heat—it’s whether populations are acclimatized and have the infrastructure to handle it. Much of Europe isn’t.
