@elonmusk You are parrotting voter suppression language by citing problems that research shows does not exist (voter fraud) to justify solutions that research shows will suppress the vote. Imagine the government ordering Tesla to remove FSD because of unsupported fears. Same thing.
@bradfo Pedroia was hitting .188 but he was hitting the ball hard. Line drive outs. Hard ground balls at an infielder. We should be able to tell if Casas is getting unlucky (like Pedroia) or struggling against MLB pitching (lots of Ks, weak contact, etc.)
@hoovlet@FairfieldHotels Yup, he will recover and be ok and remember that he can bounce back from heartbreak, loss and grief. But I hope Marriott has a heart and tries to repair!
@WindhorstESPN Brian, the math behind Butler's 3 pointer was good. Its wide open so should be ~40% success rate. Success gives them the lead with seconds left. The math on a contested 2 point attempt vs. Horford would be far worse especially because it likely only gets you a tie.
@melissavcomedy I’m pissed because I’m from Bahston and I have no friggin idea where Pico is or even if Whittiah has a Dunks. How dah you make fun of how ya people tawk!! Thas wicked sah!
@SheboyganDude@TadeuszGiczan Calling Jan 6 charges “trespassing” is like saying 9/11 was “air rage”. When you storm the capital to prevent the election of a US President, it’s way more than trespassing.

Joe Biden spent his entire career in Public Service + brings more experience in government/bipartisan cooperation in Washington than any President perhaps in history. Believe in his message of unity. If the Republicans will work realistically with Biden, the opportunity is there.
"Russia and Ukraine have been talking, but negotiations, which are still in the early stages, would benefit from a leader like Biden facilitating the process," writes @DowlingNick https://t.co/asmFAcXzPG
@BrianTRobb what would you think of trading a couple early strong performers like G Williams, Langford, Richardson, or Schroeder to create room for Pritchard and Nesmith to get minutes? Buy low, sell high.
@celtics@ArbellaIns Bob and Jackie got it right (of course) through the first 14. I would go Cowens over Pierce for top 5 because of the MVP and competitiveness. For #15 I like Ray Allen despite only playing 5 years.
@forster666@celtics@ArbellaIns Five players, one game at their Celtics prime: Bird, Russell, Garnett, Cousy, Pierce but you can make arguments for guys like Walton, Isaiah, Silas, Allen, Tatum. Hard to leave Havlicek and Cowens off any team. Honestly, Isaiah was amazing but not worthy because of his defense.
For anyone who doesn't get the technical explanation of why Trump is to blame for radicalizing followers and inciting the attacks on January 6, this cartoon conveys the idea.
@joonlee Another big contributor: the selfishness of the Major League Players Baseball Association (MLBPA), and particularly the stars of major league baseball in leveraging collective bargaining to vastly enrich major league veterans at the expense of younger professional players.
@joonlee ....Instead of representing all professional baseball players, the MLBPA really only represents successful major league players over the age of 28. It essentially suppresses the wages of everyone else in the sport.
@joonlee ...A player who never makes it big in the majors or whose career ends early will earn almost nothing while the veterans and stars are guaranteed tens of millions of dollars even after they have stopped being good players....
@joonlee ... For decades, they engineered collective bargaining to enrich veterans and stars at the expense of minor league players and young players....
