Changes to range blaster were rather unnecessary. The problem with this one being broken is more a meta issue than a range blaster issue. It may become undertune in a future game without tacticooler.

would foster a more balanced and diverse game without depending on a single special like Tacticooler. while Tacticooler has introduced appreciated diversity, its negative effects on playstyle diversity and player satisfaction show it is an imperfect solution.
