@ScienceThing5 I have my doubts about this photo being ai. The species is definitely real, but there's subtle differences that made me ask for community notes
@FightWithMemes The man getting hit with the gay chair, is actually an activist speaking up against the horrible actions of Israel. He got hit over his views
@blueland335033@Deeteem1 Exactly, just like people in the Ukraine/Russia war videos. Many men die because they get sent there and they are either called heroes or villains. Either title isn't a fair price for your life taken in such a way
@Scomparin_Pedro I believe gaussian splats are a better answer. Not perfect yet, by any means. But they run in a goddamn browser while looking photoreal
@Crehgusa@buckadeath The question is, how did it start off if the beginning phase of evolution? It's more about what set it on the path that led us to this cushioning. Did it serve that purpose alone since the beginning? Or maybe it did something else along the way
@buckadeath I don't know the answer, but we'll probably know soon if someone tries to research it. We have many examples of documented "inbetween" species
@buckadeath People in the comments don't realise one thing. He's not saying it doesn't exist or doesn't have a purpose. HE'S ASKING HOW THE FUCK IT HAPPENED THAT THE TONGUE DID THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Basically what were the in-betweens of no tongue skull and suddenly tongue skull
