Of note, this ruleset does not have a ledgegrab limit and allows wobbling.

The only variance from the recommended ruleset is that we'll continue to allow players to use alternate controller types (Smashbox, B0XX, etc).

Down B rulesets serve to prepare our players for national competition. Genesis has elected to use the Melee recommended ruleset as set in 2018.

To that extent, all Down B Melee events starting with the PMML Arcadian will be following this ruleset.
