@CliveMyrieBBC@JohnSimpsonNews Be nice if the beeb stuck a bit more to the facts and evidence. Sometimes it gets countered with bullshit in the interests of “balance”.
@DepewtyDog @JoanneLesley8@ethelmags@SocialistNHS Are you ready to correct your mistake about where this video is from? Or are you perfectly happy making malicious accusations?
@SelwynGreen2@xstitchactivist Maybe there just aren’t any funny “pro Brexit” jokes? If we’d left and it’d been a roaring success, it’d be fairly easy to take the piss out the eu. But it’s not been a roaring success, so what do you take the piss out of?
@Wunderbuck@PixieSteven@SocialistNHS@RoswaldWalton I agree totally. But it can’t do its job if it’s not properly funded. Take a look at how much other top economies spend on healthcare per capita compared to us. Some of the staff deserve a bit of worship though, given how much unpaid overtime a lot of them do.
@VintageWatch1@SocialistNHS You’re an absolute disgrace. Look at what we spend per capita on health, then compare to other developed countries. Then look at what a nhs nurse could earn if they emigrated to Aus. Then think of how much it costs to train to be a nurse.
@LFProduct @SocialistNHS If they all left we’d be fucked you dickhead. Before you complain about how much the nhs costs, compare our spend per capita on health compared to other developed countries. Then shut up.
@odwell_anne@beardedspencer@SocialistNHS Did you stop to consider that there aren’t enough nurses and aux staff, hence patient care suffering? But sure, blame the staff.
@samjagoevans@Declanlyall@SocialistNHS Biggest issue is social care. Hospitals are full of patients well enough to leave but with nowhere to go to. Next problem is staff recruitment. There simply isn’t enough of them and we aren’t training enough. Getting rid of the bursary was a big mistake.
@jta1497@FellsBelles@SocialistNHS The simple fact is you don’t know what you’re talking about. Main problems with the nhs are lack of staff, not helped by government ending the bursary and crap pay and conditions when you graduate. Also massive shortfall in social care leading to bed hogging.
@Cshall8 @JoanneT1974 @Digi_Phill @SocialistNHS The nhs is not particularly inefficient, sure it could be better. The problem with GP appointments is they can’t recruit enough, it’s not an appealing speciality and you’d like to make it less so? The main problems are lack of staff and social care.
