Ok I have some questions.
If the poor people can’t get an ID to vote you expect them to get a “library card” to shop?
So if groceries are sold at a 30% lower rate (most grocery stores operate at a 1-3% profit margin) is the government buying produce from farmers at 30% lower? (Doubtful) or just paying regular price and creating a deficit?
Follow on question can someone on food stamps shop here?
If so that would mean the government is paying people to shop for groceries that are already sold at a deficit all paid for by the tax payer thus increasing said deficit?
Budget must be Monopoly money up there in NY.
Not to mention all the mom and pop stores that will go belly up but hey you could probably subsidize those with more taxpayer money.
Great plan….

I opened Field-Tested Brocade Crane gloves with an insane 0.15 float.
They're worth about 288€.
Valve wants me to pay 414€ for them.
I've never been SAD to open a gold before. I hate these new type of cases...
