@WorldMythrayee @AmericanAir Oh my gosh, 6 of them! Years ago AA lost our bags & it took 4 days to get them on our honeymoon! I can’t imagine trying to move into a dorm and not having your stuff. I hate that what could be an amazing freshman experience is starting out like this! Hopefully @AmericanAir helps!

Seriously frustrated with @ATT . Switching from @TMobile based on sales persons “great deal” to save almost $100 a month (more than enough to cover Netflix, Paramount+ & existing phone payoff). Went to the local store to do trade in, $40/month more than quoted! #baitandswitch

I wonder what it would take for @TMobile to take us back. I knew we shouldn’t trust the sales person who said it “had to be done today” for us to get the discounts! I was happy with @TMobile and was assured I would love the @ATT service and lower price 🤦‍♀️.

Store employees have been awesome & feel bad since we have a written quote & sales agreement with the total cost. When they called corporate, were basically told to process the trade in & we could escalate for bill credits after the return was complete! No promise it will happen!
