some of y’all have no clue how the legal process works at all, talking about rope and bullets and the death penalty as if that isn’t rare as hell in itself, and even rarer for a prisoner to opt into either method over lethal injection

@bethbourdon obviously we want this man incarcerated and some dead, but if defense lawyers didn’t step up, people who would have done less than this man would be sentenced to death just as easily. nobody sympathizes with criminals of serious crimes like this, but legally we cannot leave them
