The day kicked off with a powerful mental health talk, where ex-service men and women shared their experiences and discussed valuable resources to support those facing mental health challenges.

🤝 Networking Event 🤝 In the afternoon, we held a dynamic networking event, offering Rugby for Heroes members the chance to explore new career opportunities. We were thrilled to see local businesses come together to support this initiative.
We were proud to participate, with Richard Parry, Dave Johnson, and Lauren Alps on hand to discuss the diverse roles available in the logistics industry. The military teaches invaluable transferable skills, and we are excited to help service people transition into fulfilling careers.
