"scientists don't want you know" is a phrase that always cracks me up because if you actually meet a scientist they will be shaking and crying like an overstimulated chihuahua with the need to let you know
My childhood friend @Trg_DOXA asked me on January, "Davies, what do you do in tech, I need help?" I told him, "anything that's not Mechanical Engineering", and he was like how nah. Happy to announce I have solved his chip-tech problem and he has been approved for a U.S patent.

This isn't the type of movie you watch with a babe. You watch it with your male cousin who's the same age as you and has shared your love for superhero movies for the last 15 years.
Read the code, guys.
You shipped under pressure. The clanker generated 3k new lines. It looked good. It works.
When you get time, though, read the code like a novel. Spot the issues and document them early. Then work on them before shipping anything else.
An issue could be something like this.
impl User {
fn sendNotification() {
// Sends it to the email.
}
}
The system, however, also supports SMS/web/Slack notifs, and this function, if not modified, will lead to spaghetti when more methods need to be supported. This is where the code starts to smell.
Fix it early. It'll be easy since it is not new functionality.
Read the code instead of doomscrolling.
