@gtbank_help I don't understand the kind of frustrating service you guys provide nowadays. I have not been able to access my account on my mobile app as what is displayed is another account. Your customer service is getting crappy on a daily basis.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVING NIGERIA'S PASSPORT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Firstly, I would like to commend your efforts in continually refining the passport application process for Nigerians. Your commitment to improving governmental procedures promotes not only efficiency but also transparency.
However, I have observed several areas where further enhancements could significantly benefit the process. Currently (as of this week), the instructions provided to applicants post-payment are somewhat disordered and lack a logical flow, as highlighted in frames 1 and 2 of the attached screenshots. This can confuse applicants and potentially lead to errors in the submission of required documents.
Furthermore, there is a noticeable duplication of document requests, such as the birth certificate. The inclusion of the National Identification Number (NIN) as a mandatory requirement, which is a comprehensive identifier, raises questions about the necessity of other forms of identity verification listed in the same section. For instance, the requirement for various letters of identification seems redundant if the NIN already validates an individual's identity.
Additionally, certain instructions remain ambiguous and could benefit from clarification. For example, the method of stating reasons when the validity of the existing passport being renewed exceeds six months is not clearly defined - should this be a formal letter, or is there a prescribed form?
Enclosed in frames 3 and 4 are my suggestions for a streamlined checklist format, which could be adapted based on the specific circumstances of each application type - be it a new application or a renewal, and for either minors or adults. Tailoring the checklist in this manner could prevent unnecessary paperwork and simplify the process for all applicants.
I believe these refinements will greatly enhance the clarity and efficiency of the passport application process. Thank you for considering these suggestions. I look forward to seeing continued improvements that make governmental services more accessible and user-friendly for all Nigerians.
