@DellCares My issue is with my XPS 15 9520. Every time I reboot, I have to reinstall the BIOS and/or display drivers in order to connect to my external monitor again. This XPS 15 has been nothing but trouble since I bought it.
Went to @Verizon today about upgrading our phones. The guy working there was rude and wouldn't help us since Julia's name has changed. 35 minutes later, we are @ATT customers. We don't need Verizon's attitude.
@DellCares Sure thing. I just sent one. Unfortunately, I need to be able to use an external monitor more than about half the time. I also need to be able to charge the laptop when the power cord is plugged in. I also need sound to work consistently. I know these are big asks, and I'm sorry.
@RossOnRadio I never thought it was a good song, but I guess the record labels paid more for that song than they did the great "Kiss Me" by @DermotKennedy or "Home Movies" by @LukasGraham.
@Verizon: "When you get a text message from a number you don't recognize, and it claims to be from Verizon, and asks you to click a short link you can't verify, please do it."
@VerizonSupport - Unable to log into your site. I enter username and password, and then it texts a link that takes me to an error page. I need to get a copy of my bill and you require people to click links in text messages (which is a bad idea to begin with) that don't work.
