@FirestoneAuto you guys are complete garbage and if anyone ever takes their vehicle there you will be MORONS!

[Dozzletov @dozzletov]

Wow almost 2 weeks without any communication from @FirestoneAuto and do you think I’m surprised in the least 🙄 supposed to escalate the claim and they quit responding. I wish I could give you a million negative stars but I guess 0 will have to do 🤮

[Dozzletov @dozzletov]

@FirestoneAuto Your claims department is about as competent as your “technicians” that couldn’t reinstalled an oil cap after an oil change and then your other one that did “quality” vehicle inspection and couldn’t see that it was missing #dobetter #pathetic #dissatisfied

[Dozzletov @dozzletov]

@FirestoneAuto appreciate your mechanics being so well trained that after an oil change they forgot to put the oil cap back on after 🙄 then 2 weeks later they did a “quality” vehicle inspection and guess what they missed it yet again. Absolute incompetent mechanical skills 🙄
