@foeniculivulpes So either the writers have to come up with contrived reasons for them to not use the form/its powers (or give up on reasons), introduce problems power can’t solve (frequently harder to write), or have an even more OP final antagonist that has to lose to something out of nowhere.

@foeniculivulpes Debatable as to if it’s frequent enough to be on the list but “protagonist is given an overpowered final form that can fix everything too early” feels like it’s up there. Like if they’re the most powerful person in the universe already, the final arc can seem pointless.

@LiamPrice413 Yeah this film’s camerawork any time a female character was fighting was… goddamn awful. It’s one thing if it’s only 1-2 shots (I mean I’d still hate it, but presumably less) but here it’s every single opportunity for every character and ??? Why!! So unnecessary

@Albinauran @Hayzs1ckL Are you sure? I’m pretty sure the second example should be kore wa hon instead, right? I’ve never seen the particle dropped there, and never seen it used with kono, so there’s some asymmetry there.

@angelc0ded Fair wrt deck building itself, I’ve never been super sure about which of the higher level monsters to cut down on to fit everything is all. But maybe I should just play around with it more myself to figure it out or something.

@end_of_eva @needmoreNOTHING Probably is the scariest out of the melee range stands yeah. And it seems like it has a better range than the bulkier/more physical stands, so it would be basically impossible to beat it with one of those.

@copperCity17 Generally I do think metaprogression for unlocking different starting options (characters or something) is fine, but the genre fundamentally shifts once you can get direct power in later runs because of the results of prior ones.
