Nice one @British_Airways you delay our flight to Vancouver #BA85 by an extra 1.5 hours, to load cargo, then when we arrive 3 hours late, you tell everyone that no bags were loaded... But you have no idea why 🧐 and then the ground staff run out of forms to fill in!

@mikebutcher Back in September BA paid no attention to the fact we went through all the hoopla to use (this terrible) App, even though they sent at least two emails pushing it! Staff told us it was 'because rules were changing all the time'. They weren't. Don't bother using it. Saves no time.
