Congratulations to those who passed. To those who did not pass this time, we will not waste your time with empty platitudes. You deserve more. You deserve a metric that truly measures your potential as an attorney. 1/
Most importantly, you are justified in your disappointment, your anger, your frustration, and your disgust with this system. We will still be working for #diplomaprivilegeforall but until we get there we will support you in getting through this challenge. 4/4

We know that the #barexam does not measure competence. You must take time for yourselves today. Reach out to friends and family. Take time to digest this result so that you can begin planning your next steps 3/
Good morning. As you wait for results please know that we are proud to have you in #diplomaprivilege fam. You have faced leadership failure & life being turned completely upside down. You are still here. Good or bad, we know these steps take us closer to abolishing the bar exam
On that note, this is hard. Nerve wracking. It is the culmination of almost 9 months of anxiety, uncertainty, and instability. We support you. Please check on each other today.
Wow. Almost like we called it for what it was and suggested ways to make it more equitable while prepping in a pandemic. #diplomaprivilege We haven’t forgotten all of our grads who will be taking in Feb (and deferred bc of the poor response from @flcourts ). We keep fighting.
.@ABAJournal: "Bar exams should use multiple choice questions sparingly, if at all, replace essay questions with performance tests, and require supervised clinical work for licensure, per a study focused on minimum competency to practice law by @TheAALS." https://t.co/fb1ztL7nyi
Good luck to #FLBar takers today. Just because we got here doesn’t mean that we give up on fighting for #diplomaprivilegeforall Finishing up today means more time for advocacy tomorrow.

If you have had @ExamSoft issues, PLEASE help our Florida colleagues by filling out the google doc @Rsahadeo_ and @CarverJohnny created (link below).
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A FL APPLICANT.

.@Rsahadeo_ is compiling user name experience feedback to submit to FL FBBE Gen. Counsel. Though you all *just* finished, if you could provide feedback, it will help #flbar takers. Link in thread.
Good luck to today’s takers. To all of the BLEs, @GundersenJudy, and @NCBEX, shame on you for toying with grads’ futures. Even one taker deferring bc of tech issues is an abject failure. Your leadership fails. Again. #DiplomaPrivilegeNow
@LetMeTakeTheBar Yeah, that is the assumption, but this bar exam is being held together with scotch tape and week-old chewing gum. They don’t get the benefit of the doubt after this many false starts and failures in communication.
@FLCourts have abdicated any position of leadership. Allowing companies to profit graduates’ losses just so you can save face is unconscionable. This administration of the exam is the farthest thing from “tradition” we can think of. With that excuse gone, what’s next? #staystrong
We wonder if @flcourta we will adjust the course after today’s @ExamSoft nightmare. LawHub can definitely administer the #FLBarexam ... except it wasn’t designed to...
What part of that says we aren’t strong? Why do we keep getting hollow words when what is happening is that we are providing the labor for ill-equipped companies that promised to do too much too fast. They will profit from what we have endured, and BLEs are encouraging that.
