Also before Virginia starts making hay of the fact that their pass rate is higher than normal, let’s be completely clear that it is because applicants who felt that they couldn’t pass under the extremely unfair circumstances we were placed in dropped out or deferred.

@sfw70II & it was immediately obvious how wide spread the problem was so the test was held until everyone was ready to proceed. One issue with the remote administration of the exam is that it’s hard to see just how wide spread issues are

@sfw70II At the September administration of the #vabarexam when applicants were given the instruction to submit, nearly EVERYONE simultaneously raised their red cards for tech help. But as dangerous as it was to hold it in person, at least exam4 staff was there to help

ATTN Bar Examinees: We heard several times throughout the day that examinees have been told by ExamSoft reps to withdraw and take the exam in Feb. Bar Examiners seem not to be aware that ExamSoft is telling people this. PLEASE DO NOT WITHDRAW WITHOUT TALKING TO YOUR BAR EXAMINERS
