@ThreeUKSupport Yes there was, they were working on it, no fix found, advised to raise formal complaint, more working on it & told all fixed and to test it, still not working, no further calls from the team. I’m now reaching out via Twitter to get this resolved, thank you.

Having ongoing technical issue raised in May @O2 users cannot call me since I moved to Three in 2017, but can text me. No solution found and going round in circles. Anyone else experienced this & solutions found? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport please can you get this resolved?

@ThreeUKSupport Just O2 numbers.I ported my number from 02 in 2017,happening since with family,so we managed that via texts and callback, now affecting work&teams.Your support team call daily asking for call times and dates as they’re not showing,not getting through.Would love it resolved please
