@LGUSSupport I just got the LG HU70LAB projector and am having trouble wall-mounting it. The lead of the power cord from projector to power brick is only around 5 feet long - not enough to reach a power outlet near the floor. Could I please get a replacement with longer cord?

Any suggestions on how to fix? I’d prefer not to turn off the Automatic Control setting since I’d like the Chromecast to turn the TV on when I play media

@tweethue My Hue Play sync box automatically turns on into my Chromecast even when no media is playing. I suspect it’s because of the Chromecast’s ambient display, but this didn’t happen a few months ago.

I have to unplug the box every night so it doesn’t randomly turn the TV on

@tweethue I use the default PS cables, and have a PSVR, so HDMI passes through the VR box and then to the Sync Box. Any ideas?

@tweethue I tried a different cable and tested for the past 5 days and haven't had the issue on my Apple TV or Chromecast!

I do still have occasional issues with the PS4 Pro - about 7-8 times in the past 5 days

@tweethue Aah I see those. Please see attached screenshots, these are my current settings. Would you recommend any changes there? Also, what does "HDMI inactive for 20 min" mean?

@tweethue Good idea - I never tried changing the HDMI between the Sync Box and my TV. I've just switched it from an Alphaline cable to an AmazonBasics High-Speed HDMI cable and will monitor and report back.

I'm not sure what the automatic controls mean. Could you please clarify?
