@TransKidDad resources to stories that explain the trans experience. Personally I’d have to see the book to say for 100% buuuuttt I don’t see anything wrong with this as long as you’re not trying to be like “i know everything about being trans and let me explain it as a kid in my book” 🤷🏻♂️
@TransKidDad Personally, I would say no based on this. It doesn’t sound like you are trying to write the experience of a trans individual, just the experience of a kid who happens to be trans. Attempting to normalize that some kids are trans and that’s what how life is. And then providing

@TransKidDad like minded people will really help her! I’ve also noticed that just staying out of negative spaces really helps. I know it’s hard this day in age but if more often than not she can be around those that love and support her, she will know to love and support herself...
@TransKidDad I’ll be honest, for me it’s an on and off process. Some days Im good and some days it’s ROUGH. But. I was older when I transitioned so it’s harder for me mentally to break out of that. It sounds like she has an amazing support system so just keeping that up and keeping her around

Planning a wedding is so fun. Especially when you have to postpone for a year, change your date 3 times because of other people messing up, change your venue 2 times after the 1st cancelled on you, and then lose your photographer because they didn’t put your date down 🥴😔🙃😭
