If the Delhi Police fail to register an FIR and take action, my friend @Satyamvatsin and I shall jointly initiate appropriate legal proceedings before the competent court to ensure that the rule of law prevails.

Recent videos circulating in the public domain appear to show (i) alleged assaults on Delhi Police personnel while they were discharging their official duties, and (ii) alleged abusive and derogatory remarks directed at Hindu deities. If these incidents are found to be genuine upon investigation, they disclose cognizable offences that cannot be ignored.

As devotees of Bhagwan Shri Ram, we are deeply hurt. Millions of Hindus revere their deities with utmost faith. Throughout history, countless Ram Bhakts have made immense sacrifices for their Dharma. No civilised society can permit abuse of any religion or attacks on public servants under the guise of protest or free speech.

Where the facts and evidence support it, the conduct may attract offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, including Section 132 (assault or criminal force to deter a public servant from discharging official duty), Sections 189–191 (unlawful assembly and rioting), Section 196 (promoting enmity between groups, where applicable), Section 299 (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings), Section 351 (criminal intimidation, where applicable), Section 352 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace), and any other relevant provisions disclosed during investigation.

If cognizable offences have been committed, the Delhi Police are under a legal duty to act fairly, impartially, and in accordance with law. Selective enforcement erodes public confidence in the criminal justice system.

Those individuals who are seen in the videos allegedly abusing Hindu deities should publicly apologise if they contend their conduct has been misunderstood. If not, they must be prepared to face due process of law.

This is not about politics. This is about accountability, equal application of the law, protection of public servants, and respect for the religious sentiments of millions of Indians.

If no FIR is registered despite the available material disclosing cognizable offences, we will pursue every remedy available in law, including appropriate proceedings before the jurisdictional court, to seek directions for registration of an FIR and a fair investigation.

The law must prevail over appeasement. We will see you in court.

An elderly man arrived at the CJP protest in a wheelchair.
Abhijeet Dipke stepped down from the stage to personally receive him because he thought the man would be a PM Modi hater. As soon as he arrived, the CJP protesters started raising anti-Modi slogans in front of him, shouting, Modi is a thief.

But the elderly man strongly scolded the CJP protesters. He told them, Stay absolutely quiet. PM Modi is not a thief. Narendra Modi has been serving the country for longer than your age. He worked as the Chief Minister of Gujarat for 12 years, and after that he has been continuously serving as the Prime Minister. PM Modi is honest. 1.1 THAT recently, a video recording of your live performance/address was widely broadcast, published, and circulated across social media platforms (specifically available at URL:https://t.co/QnY2nOZNW9) , archived with digital hash records as per Section 63 of Bharatiya SakshyaAdhiniyam, 2023), wherein you made the following verbatim public statement:

   "ये जो सरकार है, ये जो कर रही है, ये बहुत सालों से कर रही है औरहमने देखा है कि ये लोग बस सीता के पति का नाम ले-ले के नीता केपति का काम कर रहे हैं..."

1.2 THAT in the aforesaid public statement, you have knowingly, deliberately, and maliciously drawn an irreverent, derogatory, and satirical comparison involving the highly revered Hindu deity Lord Ram (derogatorily styled as "सीता केपति") to subserve cheap political satire and commercial gains.

2.Your deliberate act of degrading and trivializing the sacred identity of Lord Ram for theatrical entertainment constitutes a premeditated and malicious attempt to insult the religious beliefs of millions of Hindu devotees, fulfilling the essential ingredients of Section 299 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2.1 By weaponizing religious revered figures in a public forum to incite political cynicism and public outrage, your actions tend to generate ill-will, enmity, and disharmony among different sections of society, directly violating Section 196 of BNS, 2023.

2.2Your public utterances constitute intentional insult with full knowledge that such provocative statements are inherently calculated to disturb public tranquility, induce public mischief, and provoke a breach of peace.

2.3 The electronic transmission, uploading, and monetization of the impugned clip across open digital networks violates Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which strictly prohibits hosting content that is objectionable, blasphemous, or offensive to religious sensibilities.

3.THAT your unauthorized, malafide, and irreverent conduct has caused severe emotional trauma, mental agony, and deep personal distress to public , whose religious convictions have been deeply hurt by your calculated attempt to lower the sanctity of divine figures in the public domain.

4. In light of the statutory violations detailed above, you are hereby called upon to strictly comply with the following requisites within FIFTEEN (15) DAYS from the receipt of this Legal Notice:

4.1 Issue a written, unconditional public apology across all your official social media channels (YouTube, X, Instagram) acknowledging the irreverent reference and expressing regret for outraging Hindu religious sentiments.

4.2 Cease and desist from further circulating or broadcasting the impugned clip, and immediately remove/delete the subject video from all digital channels and media hosting platforms under your control.

4.3 Provide a formal written undertaking assuring that you will refrain from making similar disparaging, irreverent, or derogatory references to religious deities in any future public performances or digital broadcasts.
