@AmazonHelp If the call ends up being the same as the chat ("sorry it's unreturnable, please contact manufacturer"), I'm cancelling my Prime subscription
Hey @amazonca I bought an item that was "Shipped and sold from https://t.co/fQ90o9WDkW" and I'm not happy with the item, but I don't see an option to return the item (only to chat with support). What's going on?
@AmazonHelp I chatted with support, I was told the item "was non-returnable" and I would need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. That's crazy! I thought all items "Shipped and sold from https://t.co/fQ90o9WDkW" were returnable via Amazon, or else I wouldn't have bought it
@AmazonHelp Im definitely within the return window, I just bought this 3 days ago. You can see in my attached image that there's no option to continue the return process, only chat with support. This item was labelled "Ships and sold from https://t.co/fQ90o9WDkW", I thought it was returnable
