@Hertz only employee working the Pittsfield MA location can only log in as Latham location, so is charging everyone much more than confirmed rates. This isn’t ethical. Told this will be $850ish instead of $400.

@Hertz Large number of people standing in the Pittsfield, MA location because we are being told to pay more than 2x amount on our confirmed reservations or drive 1+ hours each way. Someone in charge needs to call and fix this. Guy at the desk doesn’t have the right login.
