@Fireboltt @fireboltt__ I have tried a register complaint for a ticket of smartwatch from last one week. around 30 times tried but still ticket not raise. Only same error showing that "Please try again". Kindly look into matter and resolve.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Another 10 days passed but no one taken initiative. Kindly check and process refund at the earliest. Please note your 121 service is very bad because no option to connect with customer care...only time pass hai 121. Very bad service...

@fireboltt__ I'm very disappointed because one ticket 3249203 raised for claim warranty on 31.07.24 but fireboltt auto mail sent daily but still no solution. No one read my reply mail and send only auto mail daily. Total 27 mails exchanged no solution. Very poor coustomer service
