@RosieDuffield1 DPD managed to lose our company mascot costume. A 6'6" teddy bear in a hi vis vest and it just disappeared. What was more annoying is that I spent HOURS just trying to find out what happened and I still got nowhere. No apology. Not even a refund of the delivery cost.

Yesterday the DPD driver did not ring the doorbell.
We were in specially.
Today the DPD driver has driven past us twice and not stopped to deliver the parcel. We got another email saying they tried to deliver the parcel.
Absolutely the worst delivery service ever.
