IRTF has hosted Salvadorans from the amazing @Cristosal in Cleveland who are now in exile in Guatemala and Honduras for being Human Rights defenders. We continue to support communities in El Salvador with the Share Foundation, el Centro de Intercambio y Solidaridad y mas

435 Salvadorans have died in that prison since March 2022 when the government initiated its State of Exception (martial law), marked by the suspension of basic constitutional rights and the mass incarceration campaign. This isn’t new (re: CECOT)
