That's a wrap on The Resurrection of the Christ — Mel Gibson's long-awaited sequel to The Passion of the Christ.
After a massive 134-day shoot across Italy, director Mel Gibson took a microphone on set to personally thank the cast and crew for completing principal photography on the film, which has been over 20 years in development.
The audio captured him saying:
"Since I'm all yours here and I've got a microphone... I just want to tell you all thank you so much for all your efforts, your support, your sacrifice, your love, the encouragements all through, the prayers and intercessions, thank you all for everything great and everything “small”, in the end it was all worth it.
Now it’s time to make sure the Lord gets glorified in all of this."
Christians gather in the street to pray.
An immigrant walks up, spits at them, and tries to shut it down.
Bad move. He picked the Christian who doesn’t turn the other cheek.
This image is like those memes from 2016 of Trump crossing the Delaware with Washington on a tank playing an electric guitar or whatever, except this photo is real.
The Left mythologizes the White House and Congress as sacred places, not as holy sites for a civil religion, but so they can debase the whole nation with Sorkinite piety and sternness. To turn it into a place of delight and popular spectacle strips away the myth of coldness leftists have used for so long as a vehicle for cruel communism, and reminds the American people that this house belongs to them.
💥 As I’ve said before, it never gets old.
The Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon crushed it at UFC Freedom 250.
Precision, discipline, and professionalism on full display. 🦅🌎⚓️
Happy 80th birthday, to the most consequential president in modern history.
Trump never needed this job.
He already had fame and fortune.
Trump put everything on the line—in 2016 and 2024—to save America.
Trump will go down as one of our greatest presidents.
Hand of God.
