@stack_tracy_ As someone who runs a business in "less expensive" part, I can say coast salaries mess things up. In the end it's business economics that your budget is your budget and changing it to level salaries isn't just picking a new number. I can raise them, then fire one to balance.

@TandemDiabetes Please reconsider your roadmap information transparancy. While it's great to dicsuss new products, you now have a software defined pump and supporting applications with no feature list. We'd like to know and have input on what's next there!
