Why would a KYC be required for an existing one since 4yrs.A mobile & email verification should be enough to enquire and you don't call the customer on the issue.

@Olacabs first the cab driver pickup the passenger,then insist on paying toll,then he drops back my mother who is paralyzed patient and sister back at the airport,then he lie down on road front of other cab they boarded. Care to explain @Ola_Bangalore ??
