@garden_scapes Hi! Please help me resolve an issue with the Gardenscapes offer I completed in Nov 2024 with @InboxDollars. They have mistakenly not paid out the full amount and have been both avoiding/delaying responses to me. The total owed is $450. Thank you
@DarenCotter@InboxDollars If they do reply, some representatives have given false reasons, such as I did not finish the offer in time (despite the submitted video proof). Their proof was a screenshot of the offer at the time (not the one applicable to my case) and saying I had the wrong number of days.
@DarenCotter@InboxDollars So, when I do email back to follow-up and discover it has been closed, it opens up a new ticket. From there, it has been more avoidance.
@garden_scapes@InboxDollars after I tried to follow-up again, a brand new ticket has been created. Thought you might want to know, as it's discouraging for people to try Gardenscape's offer on Inboxdollars. I think it's a bug or something in the system and not meant to be like this. Thanks.

@InboxDollars The second time (orange bar), they said it has been escalated, but I received no further updates. So, I followed-up and they send the exact same email, but I received no updates. I recently sent another follow-up email, which seems to have created a new ticket (yellow bar)

@InboxDollars Received the same copy+paste email response stating that the ticket has been escalated on Dec 5 and Dec 23. I haven't heard back. It's been 2 months and 13 days since I completed the offer. It's been 2 months and 12 days since I have been trying to remedy the situation.
