Vulnerability is a skill, but most won't experience what being transparent brings... I'll be the first to admit that this environment has been really tough for me.

My portfolio is up a lot already YTD, so I don’t need to trade, but my natural instinct wants to be in the market 24/7.

I can see a “setup” everywhere I look, but I constantly have to ask myself:

"Is it really worth it in this environment?"

My brain wants to chase, but the market isn’t showing me a clear edge right now. The last week and a half has been nothing but small paper cuts.

I’m surviving every single day.

Risk is controlled <1% per trade, but the challenge is mental:

fighting my instinct for dopamine and action.

I have to remind myself that I did the hard work in January, building setups, scanning, and positioning for the year.

February is just the payoff for that effort.

Sitting, being patient, and waiting for the market to hand me my edge is the hardest part... but it’s also what keeps my capital safe and my psychology intact.

This is the honest side of trading, because it’s not all green days/weeks/months. Sometimes it’s just a mental battle against your own impulses.

The market will always be there tomorrow, but my hard earned capital isn’t guaranteed.

Patience, discipline, and respecting the environment this is where the real edge is!!

Never have a bias when reading charts. Trade what your chart says, not what social media thinks. Once you start repeating this, there’s no going back.
