🚨EXPOSED: Attorney involved in the registration of EPIC City, an Islamic community development in Texas, has a documented history of making false statements to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

EPIC City / “The Meadow” Project

Community Capital Partners LP filed registration documents with the Texas Secretary of State in connection with the EPIC City development.

The registration was handled by attorney Steve Holmes. According to federal court records, Holmes pleaded guilty in October 2015 to making a material false statement to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As a result, he was suspended from practice for 36 months.

1) that $50 billion dollars came from YOU

2) it was NOT sent back to you/taxpayers in the form of lower property tax bills

3) it was sent to local GOVERNMENTS

4) those local governments jacked up the taxable value of your property

4) those local governments then increased spending, and then

5) those local government INCREASED YOUR EFFECTIVE PROPERTY TAX RATE.

So:

Taxpayers were taxed an additional $50 billion, to send to local governments, who increased your property taxes!

Taxpayers are getting hosed AT BOTH ENDS!
