@Darrenlautf Eat more plants instead of animals, prioritise sleep, don't smoke, no alcohol, be active, have social network (real life, touching grass.). This is 80% of the benefit. Rest is more of the same and tweaking your own risks factors. Supplements is just another shenanigan industry
