@khalid_enezii That’s an interesting case discussion! There’s no doubt vpt is more “conservative than FP or rct, however we shouldn’t be deceived by the term “conservative” to guide our tx. It still requires adherence to criteria for case selection as per Ricucci’s 2014 paper.

On a side note, we also should be cautious with this kind of treatment as VPT studies are controversial and some studies show a still short-term success. I’ll be elaborating on this topic soon 🔬
