I have been writing for over a decade on social media but I became more active with video content when I realised how much reach and impact you can make using several media. The Skinandall brand started about 4 years ago, and a chance meeting with my intern Dr. Adeyemi @dr_aysax
In this video, I’m sharing the best tech I used in 2025 — not based on specs, trends, or sponsorships, but on real-world use.
This is not a “Top 10” list.
This is tech that survived real usage, real work, and real conditions.

Happy new year fam! Here are 4 things you shouldn’t be doing to your skin in 2026. I’ve said it so many times before, but will people listen?
We will keep trying. May the new year be filled with abundance of blessings for us all. Amen
When I published my first book in 2021, I made a promise to myself to go to the three schools I’m affiliated with for a book tour. Ilorin, Ibadan and Lagos! I’m very big on learning from the experiences of others that are doing it, even if it means doing it afraid. I started with Ibadan in 2023 with amazing panelists. It’s time for Medi-Thrive to take Lagos in 4 days!!
You’re a young adult (or even an older adult) and you want to learn from the experiences of others (because we all know smart people learn from the experiences of others rather than from their own experiences alone), then the Medi-Thrive takes Lagos book tour is for you.
Attendance is free, but registration is COMPULSORY. Eni tó wo ànkárá ló ma je sèmó -lol

Grateful to my amazing family, friends, my panelists, my SPONSORS, the CMD of LUTH Prof. Wasiu Adeyemo, my social support -Dr. George @TheTalkDoctor_ and Dr. Ayo Adeyemi Daytad hub and everyone rooting for me.
Let’s go there. Friday 19th December 2025 at Old Great Hall in LUTH - 11am prompt.
1. When I wrote my first book (as there will be many more by God’s grace), it was to open the window to a world of official mentoring. After writing the book, I had an idea that came up during one of those light bulb moments I had with myself to do a book tour across the three schools I’m affiliated with and then add one private university to the mix. The plan was to bring in seasoned panelists to give the students and young adults more insight into navigating life and school by learning from the experiences of others.

@Haykayauthentic@dammiedammie35 Even dem no fit sabi evade this English completely. When he said Baba J.F Odunjo... J and F in Yoruba are not called the way they're called in English. Alphabets in Yoruba are pronounced differently.
If Nigeria government is serious with healthcare, Nigeria has the potential to be the destination of medical tourism for other African countries and other countries in Europe especially the UK. There are people with chronic conditions on NHS waiting list that will gladly travel overseas and pay with their money if they have assurance of good quality care.
Know when to start.
You can't just start because every motivational speaker says "the time to start is now!".
What you should start doing is taking a step in preparation, planning, getting knowledge etc.
Start on a confident foot!
@Dr_NHenryE Congratulations sir! Great feat.
Meanwhile, some certain Nigerian medical schools would make it so difficult to even finish with 1 or 2 distinctions.... IYKYK
@stefan_mccauley Anything that's well positioned for publicity in today's world, using today's methods, WOULD TREND.
It has very little to do with what it is.
@Soulmedika An average doctor is likely not going to be "out of job". For most doctors, they're middle class people, some upper middle and very few get to be top class citizens.
The job ain't gonna make you rich. Your knack for business or solving big health problems is what really cuts.
