Watching this video hits differently. Hearing Alex Ekubo speak about what doctors reportedly told him is truly heartbreaking. 💔🕊️
________ Alex Ekubo says am sick and am dying doctor said I have short time to leave 👇
Every day you wake up, remember that it is only by God's grace that you have been given another day.
Watching the burial of Alex Ekubo is a painful reminder of how fragile life is.
At any moment, anyone can be called home. None of us knows the day or the hour.

Best in eating white rice morning, afternoon, and night, please check your blood sugar today.
Rice is a carbohydrate, which means your body turns it straight into sugar. If you are eating it without vegetables or protein to slow things down, you are just increasing your blood sugar repeatedly. If that keeps happening uncontrollably, it can cause diabetes, which can damage your eyes, kidneys, and nerves.
You don't have to stop eating rice, but abeg, add protein, vegetables, and diversify your plate.
Good morning all.
Attached herewith is a picture of an elderly man believed to be in his 70s.
He was brought to Langbasa Divisional Police Headquarters at about 2015hrs Wednesday 03/06/2026, by a civic minded commercial tricyclist.
He is hale and hearty but apparently suffers neurocognitive decline ie, dementia.
He can not remember his name, address or relatives and has no phone on him.
He also can not remember any phone number or useful information which may aid reunification efforts.
We are all by this notice, kindly enjoined to push his picture ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS in the hope that it may reach his relatives and or anyone with useful information about him.
Thank you all.
