@CryptoBullet1 the team behind @brickblockETH let me know as I've been one of their biggest advocates since day 1, and now I want to let the world know! 👀🚀
To get a hint of what's cooking, you can have a look at Brick Block's graph:

Mt. Gox transferred 12,000.17 $BTC($709.44M) again 4 hours ago, most likely to #Bitstamp.
In July, #MtGox transferred 95,523 $BTC($6.14B) to #BitGo, #Bitstamp, #Kraken, #SBIVCTrade and #Bitbank for repayment.
And #MtGox still holds 46,164 $BTC($2.74B).
🚀 Weekly Roadmap 🚀
Due to the immutable nature of smart contracts, we have to conduct as many tests as possible. Last week, we did a variety of integration tests and made a lot of changes to the existing contracts.
We have completed our working on integrating the remaining Off-plan rental contract module with the front end. These modules were already tested but were integrated with the front end this past week. These modules include:
a. Minting shares in an off-plan property via installments.
b. Payment of installments of these shares.
c. Handling of front-end notifications for missed payments and penalties.
We also made some changes to the smart contract this week to make the integration process more feasible and fix potential issues for edge cases.
The Changes
a. Adding some view functions.
b. Changes to access to some variables (private, internal, public).
c. Changes to the automation trigger condition. (Increased from 3 minutes to 5 hours)
d. Before we set the automation trigger condition to be 3 minutes. This means the automation will be triggered after 3 minutes of time interval. These 5 hours will represent a month and an added grace period.
e. We integrated the "Pay Installment" functionality with the front end.
Reason for These Changes
We had to make these changes to ensure a better user experience for the front end. We are mainly using The Graph protocol to listen to smart contract events and index them to be used with the front end. However, for some events, it takes a lot of time to read. To shrink this time we had to use the view function.
Smart contracts testing and integration is a delicate process and we have to make sure that we have covered every single edge-case possible. So we have to be extra careful because Brick Block will handle transactions involving huge volumes of funds from users and investors.
The GitHub repository has been updated. https://t.co/z9cUKiaV8g.

@robw00ds Meanwhile, I've heard that @brickblockETH's team is busy building the future of real estate with BrickBlock. Let’s see which investment stacks up! 🚀🔥
🚀 Weekly Roadmap 🚀
This week's completed deliverables ✅
The Automation Module
A. The automation module is integrated with the functionality of investors who want to mint shares for the NFT with installments. For example:
1. The owner has added an off-plan property where users can buy shares in installments.
2. The property's value is set to 100,000 USDT. A user comes and wants to own 10% of this property but they do not have 10,000 USDT at the moment. So our platform allows them to own the 10% shares by paying an initial installment up-front.
3. Let's say $5000 USDT. So an off-plan investor has paid $5000 USDT and they now own 10% of the property with the remaining 5000 USDT payments in installments. The remaining 5000 USDT is divided over the course of 6 months (for now) and users can come to the application every month and pay their remaining installments until all payments are made.
However, we needed to add a functionality whereby a user/investor is held liable should they miss a payment for a month.
This requires an automated system that checks the given logic and make changes to the smart contract's state according to pre-defined conditions.
As you may know, automation doesn't exist on-chain due to the deterministic nature of smart contracts. So we were integrating some Oracle contracts with our main contracts.
B. We also added another functionality last week where if a user missed three consecutive payments their shares will be burned and their previous payments will be transferred back to them by subtracting the penalties they accumulated.
C. These functionalities were tested thorougly on the local node last week and this week as well, but there were some issues with the logic of periodic automation and how it was reflected on an actual test net. Furthermore, by passing dummy values there were issues with data underflowing within the smart contract that needed to be fixed.
All of the issues are now resolved as of August 9, 2024. And the GitHub repository has been updated. https://t.co/z9cUKiaV8g.
Additional deliverables for this week:
A. Successful integration of the entire Rental and partial integration of Off-plan Rental contracts with the front-end, by indexing contract events to update the UI values.

🚀 Weekly Roadmap 🚀
This Week's Deliverables
1. Implement the logic for automated addition of a grace period for people who have missed their installment payments.
2. Automating the process for finding out people who have missed their installations for three or more months.
3. Repossession of the shares for people who have missed three or more installments.
4. Manually handle reallocating the shares if the payment is made. After three months.
5. Thorough unit tests for the above-mentioned modules.
During development, the contract size exceeded the limit. We did our best to limit the size as much as possible but at this stage of development, we needed a lot of extra code for testing that ultimately increased contract size.
We spent the first couple of days of this week refactoring the code for optimal solidity contract size. That includes redoing the unit tests as well.
However, we were able to conduct successful integration tests for the Normal Rental contract for front-end integration!
