Former Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud has been appointed by Russia as its arbitrator in an investment treaty dispute involving Ukrainian state-owned bank Oschadbank.

भारत के पूर्व चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ को रूस ने यूक्रेन के सरकारी बैंक ओशचाडबैंक के साथ निवेश विवाद में अपना मध्यस्थ नियुक्त किया है. मामला रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध के दौरान बैंक की संपत्तियों और कारोबार को हुए कथित नुकसान से जुड़ा है. तीन सदस्यीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय ट्रिब्यूनल इस मामले की सुनवाई करेगा. इस मामले में बैंक ने रूस के खिलाफ सैकड़ों मिलियन डॉलर के दावे किए हैं. यह जानकारी ग्लोबल आर्बिट्रेशन रिव्यू की रिपोर्ट के हवाले से सा��ने आई है. यह विवाद रूस और यूक्रेन के बीच 1998 में हुए द्विपक्षीय निवेश समझौते के तहत चल रही आर्बिट्रेशन कार्यवाही से जुड़ा है. ओशचाडबैंक का दावा यूक्रेन के डोनेत्स्क, लुहांस्क, खेरसॉन और जापोरिज्जिया क्षेत्रों में मौजूद अपनी संपत्तियों और कारोबारी गतिविधियों के हुए कथित नुकसान से संबंधित है. बैंक का कहना है कि 2022 में रूस के पूर्ण पैमाने पर सैन्य अभियान के बाद उसे इन संपत्तियों और कारोबार का न��कसान उठाना पड़ा.

गुलशन कुमार दुआ प्रसिद्ध निर्माता-निर्देशक और व्यवसायी थे। वह 'टी-सीरीज़' के संस्थापक थे। गुलशन कुमार का नाम फिल्मी दुनिया की उन हस्तियों में शुमार हैं ��िन्होंने काफी कम समय में ही शोहरत की उन बुलंदियों को हासिल कर लिया था, जहां पहुंचना हर किसी का सपना होता है। संघर्षपूर्ण जीवन बिताने के बाद अपने संगीत और उसके प्रति लगन से उन्होंने एक खास मुकाम हासिल किया। गुलशन कुमार के बेटे भूषण कुमार बॉलीवुड के जाने-माने फिल्म निर्माता हैं और अब टी-सीरीज़ उनके द्वारा ही संचालित है। यह कह�� जा सकता है कि गुलशन कुमार ने पूरे भारत में भक्ति की लहर ला दी। उन्होंने टी-सीरीज़ कैसेट्स के माध्यम से अधिकांश देवी-देवताओं के भजन व गीत जनता के बीच ला दिये। इनमें से अधिकांश गीत बेहद ही सफल रहे हैं।
