@Hertz charged me $281.00 to extend my rental for less than 12 hours. That is almost more than the 3 days combined. I’m never renting from Hertz in Detroit again. If I wanted to pay $600 for a weekend rental it would not have been a Malibu… I see why people just take Uber.

@Hertz Rental record# 578093353. Car was due back at 7am. I woke up late so I went on line to extend the rental until 10am and the price was an extra $281. I checked 7pm, same price, I checked tomorrow at 7am, same price so I just extended until 10pm tonight
