California's slow votes tend to shift toward Democrat. The longer it takes for them to straggle in, the more likely they are to be for a Democrat. In L.A. this year, the slower they are, the more likely they are to be for Nithya Raman to bump Chris Pratt out of the November contest. Some slow batches were 100% Democrat.
