Yo, this is preaching. Delayed not denied has been my entire life. Now, working as hard as a can as a “small fish in a big pond” I felt this. I’m tired and often looked over—but we press on.
Victoria Monet and Coco Jones are truly the epitome of delayed NOT denied. They have both been in the industry for years, and could’ve easily given up or detoured, but instead, they embraced the challenge and are showing us why delayed gratification is worth it in the end
